After many years in coffee roasting and consulting, I've stepped back to roast at a smaller scale, reconnecting with community and the people I care about. This is about great coffee for even greater people.
I'm sourcing some of the most exceptional coffees I can find: exclusive micro and nano lots I'm passionate about, from amazing people. I want to share that journey with you.

Every coffee has a dial that tells you how wild the cup gets, before you even brew.
Blue = Classic. Clean, elegant and comforting: caramel and chocolatey cups that work beautifully with milk, plus crisp Kenyans, floral Geishas and the timeless greats.
Red = Funky. Wild fermentations, tropical fruit-bombs, boozy, lactic, candy-shop chaos that makes you go “wait… that’s coffee?!”
Neither end is better, it’s just your mood. Chase the red for adventure, stay blue for a reliable classic.
Your coffee will be roasted on the next Monday. Orders close Sunday 11:59pm.Your coffee will be roasted on Wednesday 7 October and dispatched or ready to pick up by Thursday 8 October.
